The SX720 has 5 pin midi in and out, so does the S900. It's a long time since I've used them though, not since USB connection I guess. Is that what you mean by external midi?Hi Etienne
Quite correct! On the Tyros and Genos series have external midi ..I don't even think the PSR-SX720 has it cos Yamaha never out it in PSR arrangers. That's why I sold my SX900 (apart from the crappy key bed ) and bought a much older Tyros ..they are still way ahead!!
