There might be a language barrier here, but basically Yamaha USA, Yamaha Canada, Yamaha UK, Yamaha Spain, Yamaha Germany... are all different companies; they only take care of their own products. If you think that's weird, please keep in mind nearly every company is like this (the only exception I can think of is Mesa Boogie, which only services them in the USA anyway)
If you purchased a keyboard 2nd hand or out of territory, no company will help you with warranty because warranty support is *only* budgeted for that territory. Not just Yamaha; Roland, Korg, Casio, Kawai, M-Audio, Mellowtron, are all the same way: if a customer purchased a Korg PA5x from Italy, they would need to go back to Italy for warranty service (assuming it was even purchased new); if a customer purchased a new Yamaha PSRsx900 from India, they would need to go back to Indian; if a customer purchased a used Roland GOKeys, regardless of territory, yes you could get non-warranty service, but you'd have to pay; 2nd hand from any company isn't covered (except, like I mentioned, Mesa Boogie actually did; their 1 year and 5 year warranties used to be transferrable, but again, service center; oh they do have Canada, but the closest one is 1000km away, most are over 3000km away from me). Canada is *very* wide. It's farther apart from west coast to east coast, than the east coast is from the UK.) But again, Mesa *was* the exception... I just looked it up, they ended that policy in 2019. Which means *every* company works this way.
So again, I ask, what territory did you buy your sx920 from? Was it new? If so, *that* territory's Yamaha is responsible for dealing with the warranty issues. This is why I asked, hope that helps explain it?
