Are you really surprised? Yet another life negative propagated by so-called 'social media'. To answer your question, yes, deliberately giving the impression you are playing while a DAW runs a MIDI/Audio track in the background is IMO cheating if not explicitly declared up front. I would say report them or get them banned but that is, I think, a fools errand given the lack of interest/professionalism of the media site operators and would be hypocritical of me as I wouldn't bother as I have chosen to remain on a happy path which excludes virtually all un-social media sites.
