I have replaced the super switch on my 812V with a regular import 5 way switch. Still wondering why Yamaha had to use a super switch to begin with. I followed the current 612 series diagram and it worked just fine without the capacitor at the volume pot.

I also attached some updated files of wiring diagram for different Pacificas
